Automatic Powder Coating Line For Fan Cover Configuration:
Part One: Powder Spraying Oven (Overhead Bridge)
1. Furnace body skeleton: 10 # square tube, powder coating treatment (orange).
2. Cotton board: 125mm rock wool board (color: gray white), inner 0.8mm galvanized board, outer 0.476mm color board. Bulk density: 100kg/m ³. Thermal insulation zone/enclosure board: 50mm thick, inner and outer 0.476mm color board
3. Combustion chamber: Stainless steel 304 inner liner.
4. Combustion engine: Lialu 30W large truck (dual stage fire).
5. Drying oven: No heating system, curing heat transfer. Medium galvanized sheet partition.
6. Exhaust gas collection hood: 1 set
7. Maintenance door: 1 set (including ladder and guardrail)
8. Edge wrapping: Galvanized sheet 2.0t, powder coating treatment (orange)
9. Exhaust hood: 1 set
Part Two: Powder Spraying Cabinet
1. Material: Galvanized sheet 1.2t, powder coated.
2. Base: 5 # square skeleton, bottom exhaust, flip plate.
3. Lighting: LED
4. Secondary recycling: 9 sets of filter cartridges (purchased externally, see detailed drawing)
5. Great Whirlwind: φ 1000mm (purchased externally, see detailed drawing)
6. Manual powder spray gun: 4 sets (purchased externally, with three floating plates), equipped with powder buckets and vibrating screens.
7. Manual control air valve: 2 sets
8. Emergency stop: 2 sets each
Part Three: Conveyor System
1. Track/Chain: Taiwan 150 # (with fork single suspension plate), section 57 * 67, total length about 150m (Kunda brand)
2. Oil pan: made of galvanized sheet material
3. One time hanger: heart-shaped (with rivet pins)
4. Drive device: 4kw motor, equipped with safety device
5. Tensioning device: 1 set
6. Automatic fuel dispenser: 1 set
7. Track column: 10 # square tube, powder coating treatment
8. Emergency stop: 2 sets (1 set each for the upper and lower parts positions)
Part Four: Electric Control System
1. All electrical control projects should be integrated into one electrical control box
2. Combustion engine: 300000 kcal (dual stage fire)
3. Curing temperature probes: a total of 5. 1 combustion chamber, 1 return air duct, and 3 furnace probes
4. Curing furnace fan: 5kw
5. Drying temperature probe (temperature not adjustable): 1
6. Powder spraying cabinet: 2 lights/set, a total of 4 lights. There are 8 5-hole plugs in total
7. Secondary recycling: 22kw fan, 9 sets of reverse blowing
8. Cyclone: 1 powder pump return control
9. Conveyor: Drive motor 4kw, emergency stop total 6 sets: 1 set for upper part, 1 set for lower part, 2 sets for powder spraying each
