1, Fan Characteristics

This series of fans has the characteristics of good performance, high efficiency, beautiful appearance, compact structure, stable operation, convenient installation and maintenance, etc.

2, Fan Structure

The 4-82 series centrifugal fan is mainly composed of: impeller, casing, air inlet and transmission part.

1). The impeller is made of 20 pieces of rear-tilted wing-shaped blades welded to the front plate and the wheel. It is corrected by dynamic balance, with good aerodynamic performance, high efficiency, low noise and small volume.

2). The casing is welded into a volute by steel plates, which can be made into three forms: 0°, 90°, 180°, and 270°.

3). The air inlet is made into a convergent streamlined overall structure, which is bolted to the two inlets of the fan.

4). The transmission part consists of: main shaft, bearing, bearing seat, pulley and so on.

5). Each type of fan can be made into two types of left and right rotations. Facing the pulley end, the clockwise rotation is right-handed and the counterclockwise rotation is left-handed.

3. Application

4-82 series centrifugal fan mainly used for air conditioning engineering ventilation system, painting equipment, paint booth equipment.It can also be used as general ventilation.The air temperature is not more than 80 °C.

4. Instructions

1). It can be operated only under the normal use of the fan equipment.

2). When the equipment is started after maintenance or repair, check whether the flange of the impeller part, the bearing seat and the pulley sleeve connection screw are tightened. Whether the parts are normal.

3). When removing the screw of taper sleeve, loosen the connecting bolt first, then tighten the bolt to push the taper sleeve out.

4). The oil should be replaced after each maintenance, additionally, the lubricant should be replaced regularly.
