The DDF series fan is a high-efficiency type single-inlet air blower. The fan has small vibration and large air volume. It is suitable for wide site which need big air volume and can also be used for ventilation. The medias of this fan series extracted are air and non-corrosive, non-self-igniting, non-viscous materials, and the temperature does not exceed 80 °C.
The DDF series single inlet centrifugal fans are single air intake. The fan impeller is a backward, and the impeller is directly mounted on the motor shaft. The structure is compact, and the assembly & disassembly and maintenance are convenient. Fans can be made in either left or right rotation. From the front end of the motor shaft, the impeller rotates clockwise, which is called the right rotary fan and represented by “Right”; when it rotates counterclockwise, it is called “Left Rotary Fan”and indicated by “Left”. The outlet position of the fan is expressed by the angle of the air outlet of the casing, and can be made into 0°, 90°, 180°, and 270°.
The fan is composed of an impeller, a casing, an air inlet, and a motor.
1), Impeller: welded by steel plate, the blades are 12 pieces, welded in the middle of the front plate and the rear plate, the blade is in the shape of a back plate, and the front plate is hyperbolic. The impeller is corrected by static and dynamic balance to ensure stable operation, low noise and long service life.
2), the casing: welded with steel plate into a snail shell, the overall structure.
3), Air inlet: The convergent air inlet is formed by stamping (or spinning) with high-quality steel plate. The cross section is streamlined, and the airflow enters the impeller with low resistance. The whole structure is made and bolted to the inlet side of the casing.
4. Usage of fans
1). It can be operated only when the fan equipment is completely normal.
2). If the fan equipment is started after maintenance or repair, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the parts of the fan are normal.
3). Regularly remove dust, dirt and impurities from the fan and the pipeline, and prevent rust.
4). Repair of the fan equipment is not allowed to be carried out during operation.
5). If the motor current is too large and exceeds the rated current of the motor, please stop the switch first, and immediately check whether the direction of rotation of the fan impeller is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow. If opposite, re-adjust the wiring immediately.
6). If the flow is found to be too large and does not meet the requirements for use, or a small flow is required in a short time, the throttle device can be used for the adjustment.
7). In the process of driving, stopping or running the fan, if abnormal phenomena such as vibration are found, stop the operation and check immediately.
